I thoughtfully guide each session with natural prompts, attention to detail, and gentle direction so you never have to worry about stiff posing or feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera. Based in Blaine, MN and beyond, I specialize in family and children’s photography that blends timeless storytelling with a polished, intentional feel.
In 2026, we’re leaving behind the stiff smiles and perfectly posed family photos. The moments worth remembering are usually the messy, joyful, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it ones: the giggles, the cuddles, the wild toddler energy. My goal is to capture your family as you truly are: connected, playful, imperfect, and completely beautiful in this season of life.
Your investment

My standard family photo session is forty minutes long and takes place in Blaine or the surrounding areas. For $300, you will receive a minimum of 30 edited photos of your family. Typical galleries receive 45-70 images.

I offer rushed editing services for those that want photos back within three days of a session for an additional investment of $75.

I have SO many ideas for locations, I can’t wait to share them with you! Upon booking, you will receive a location guide, and we can chat more about locations that fit your vision. If you wish to have your family photo session at a location outside of a 20 mile radius of Blaine, there may be an additional $25 travel fee.

Sessions require a 50% booking fee to hold your date and time. If you do not show up to your session without communication, the fee is non-refundable. If we reschedule, your deposit is moved.
How does it work?
Once we choose a date and location, we’ll meet somewhere in Blaine or one of the surrounding areas for a relaxed and natural session together. I always allow time for little ones to warm up and feel comfortable, so there is never pressure for perfectly behaved smiles or rushed moments. Throughout the session, I’ll guide you into natural posing while paying close attention to the small details, fixing awkward hand placement, adjusting movement, and making sure everyone looks and feels their best without the session feeling stiff or overly posed. We’ll capture a variety of images including individual portraits of each child, sibling photos, full family images, parent combinations, and all the meaningful little moments in between. Within 14 days of your session, you’ll receive a gallery of beautifully edited images ready to be downloaded, shared, and treasured for years to come.
